Our orders are shipped from our SuperVettura store in Ascot near London by a member of our SuperVettura Store team.

If an item is stocked at an alternative location, this may delay your order until we are able to transfer it to our store for shipment. We will contact you via email if this is the case.

Koenigsegg products purchased from the physical store SuperVettura store are shipped from our SuperVettura Sales HQ in Ascot to the UK.

Shop SuperVettura runs independently from the Koenigsegg Gear site and therefore do not have access to their product line, dispatch services or stock availability.

We are not currently able to arrange dispatch outside of the UK.

Orders shipped from our physical store will be dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

We are unable to offer express shipping but are currently working on a potential solution.

To arrange an order for collection from the SuperVettura store, select 'Click and Collect' for your shipping method at checkout.

If you are not at home when a delivery for an order from SuperVettura is attempted, a new attempt will be made. If necessary, a third attempt will be made. If the parcel is not delivered on the third attempt, the package will be diverted to our warehouse.

If an order is returned to our warehouse due to a failed delivery process, the original delivery fee will not be refunded.
